The characteristics that describe a Principal candidate include a senior healthcare executive who possesses extensive experience as a proven operations/finance leader. The individual must have extensive relationships within the national healthcare community. In addition, the Principal ideally possesses business development experience to advance potential client expansion and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Must have proven background of delivering superior quality services to clients:

  • Build long term revenue and profit potential to ensure profitability
