Two seasoned healthcare executives recently joined Spectrum Health Partners in the role of senior vice president of business development.
Tim Grubb, MBA, and Spencer Lilly, MHA, bring to their new roles at SHP decades of experience in the healthcare and business sectors.

Tim and Spencer are a force multiplier for connecting Spectrum with organizations that will greatly benefit from the specialized services we provide. We’re delighted they’ve joined our team.”
Along with experience in the healthcare industry, Tim has worked in technology, manufacturing, education and banking over his 30-year career.
Tim earned an MBA from the Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management, with a dual major in Finance and Strategy. He also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Aquinas College of Nashville.
Spencer Lilly has 30 years of experience as a healthcare executive, responsible for all facets of hospital operations, service line operations, performance improvement, leadership, team development and strategy. Most of his career was spent as a top leader with the Carolinas HealthCare System (now Atrium Health).
Spencer completed a Master of Health/Healthcare Administration/Management degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA. He earned his undergraduate degree in Health/Healthcare Administration/Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC.
